  • Each class will be held from 1 to 6 person, 10:30am-1:00pm.
  • A group with children under 12years old is recommend to choose “Private class”. Thank you for your cooperation.

  • There is a possibility not to be able to accompany all your request.
[How to book]
  1. Check the calendar first.
  2. Fill the booking form and click “send” button.
  3. You will receive 2 emails. A “Greeting mail” from Shirley’s C&W and “ Invoice mail” from PayPal.
  4. After your payment is proceeded, you will receive “Receipt mail” from PayPal and “Booking confirmation mail” from Shirley’s C&W.

Dear Miso lovers! Now, its time for hand making Miso by yourself! Prepare Miso at my kitchen from scratch and take back home, ferment at least 6 month.
