Guests from Tokyo 都内からありがとう

Hello to foodies from all over the world. I had guests who are Canadians living in Tokyo for Gyozo & Wagyu beef bento class.

They have knowledge of Japanese food culture already and familiar with the cooking tools and the taste of all food so they were here to LEARN and take back all the HOW TO back home. That means, making everything from scratch and knowing what ingredients we are using are the center of the class. Their team work was great and made an awesome Gyoza!
I love this job because I learn at least something from each class and this class had left me some “confidence”. As saying bye to them at the station, I wanted to cry for pure appreciation. Thank you all for joining my class!
