PodCast interview from

Hi there. How are you? I had a nice and cool walk with my doggie this morning feeling the climate changing to my favorite season, Autumn here in Tokyo.
Yesterday, I had a beautiful young guest from for a podcast Interview about Fermented Food. We made a simple meal which Is called 1-3 dish 一汁三菜 using Koji seasonings. Home made fermented seasonings are through natural ferment process not like being controlled my any factory machines so It is such a joy having a young generation like her to get to know the right taste of fermented seasonings.
