PodCast interview from byfood.com

Hi there. How are you? I had a nice and cool walk with my doggie this morning feeling the climate changing to my favorite season, Autumn here in Tokyo.
Yesterday, I had a beautiful young guest from byfood.com for a podcast Interview about Fermented Food. We made a simple meal which Is called 1-3 dish 一汁三菜 using Koji seasonings. Home made fermented seasonings are through natural ferment process not like being controlled my any factory machines so It is such a joy having a young generation like her to get to know the right taste of fermented seasonings. と言うサイトからインターン中の若いスタッフのエミリーが発酵食品についてのインタビューに来てくれましたよ。定番の醤油や味噌に始まって糀甘酒や塩こうじなど全てのもを味見しそれらの調味料で一汁三菜を作ってみました。秋鮭が美味しい時期ですので脂の乗ったものとチリ産の銀鮭の二種類に塩こうじと醤油こうじをそれぞれつけて焼いて味比べもしました。エミリーの食生活の幅も益々広がることを願います😄日本語の勉強も頑張れ〜!又来てね♡
